ELLIOT HEALTH SYSTEM AND SOUTHERN NEW HAMPSHIRE HEALTH ANNOUNCE PUBLIC LISTENING SESSIONS CONCERNING PROPOSED REGIONAL HEALTHCARE SYSTEM Manchester and Nashua, NH: Elliot Health System (“Elliot”) and Southern New Hampshire Health System (“SNHH”) today announced that they will jointly hold two public listening sessions over the course of the summer, to accept public input concerning the proposed creation of a regional healthcare system between Elliot and SNHH, as set forth in a Letter of Intent dated June 20th. Dates and locations for the public listening sessions are as follows: July 26th in Manchester Time: 5:45pm doors open. 6pm start Location: UNH – Manchester, Pandora Mill Building, 88 Commercial Street, Manchester August 9th in Nashua Time: 5:45pm doors open. 6pm start Location: Nashua City Auditorium, City Hall, 229 Main Street, Nashua In a joint statement, Elliot CEO Doug Dean and SNHH CEO Mike Rose stated “As we each continue to focus on reviewing all aspects of the proposed combination and work towards a Definitive Agreement, we are pleased to announce two public listening sessions.
