After-Hours CareWhen our office is closed, you can reach an on-call provider by calling our office at (603) 577-3100. For life-threatening emergencies, like chest pain or shortness of breath, call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Department. We also offer walk-in non-emergency care 7-days a week at Immediate Care. Prescription RefillsYou can usually refill your prescription at your visit. Or you can use the patient portal or call our office at (603) 577-3100. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your refill. Some medicines may take longer because we need to get a prior authorization from your insurance company. ReferralsMany health plans require a referral from your doctor for other services like specialty care. To get a referral, call our office at (603) 577-3100. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your referral. Unless you are having a life-threatening emergency, please call our office first before getting medical care elsewhere.
