Southern New Hampshire Medical Center and Foundation Medical Partners primary care practices are making it easy for patients to get the flu vaccine at drive-thru clinics this October.

Flu vaccine drive-thru clinics will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the following dates.
Appointments are required. Please call your primary care provider’s office to schedule an appointment.

Who can receive a flu vaccine at a drive-thru Clinic?
The drive-thru clinics are open to current primary care patients ages 5 years and older.
The following patients are best served with a scheduled office appointment and should call your primary care office for further details:
- Patients younger than 5 years old (ages 6 months - 4 years contact your primary care)
- Patients known to struggle with receiving immunizations
- Patients with special needs or medical complexities
- Patients who have not previously had a flu vaccine
- Other patients as determined by their health care provider
- Patients with Massachusetts Medicaid
