To transfer your medical records, print these forms and bring them to your appointment: Release of Records to New England Gynecology and Surgical Services. After-Hours CareWhen our office is closed, you can reach an on-call provider by calling our office at (603) 577-5353. For life-threatening emergencies, like chest pain or shortness of breath, call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Department. We also offer walk-in care for non-emergency needs, 7-days a week at Immediate Care. Prescription RefillsYou can usually refill your prescription at your visit. Or you can use the patient portal or call our office at (603) 577-5353. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your refill. Some medicines may take longer because we need to get a prior authorization from your insurance company. ReferralsMany health plans require a referral from your doctor for other services like specialty care. Please contact your doctor to request a referral prior to your visit with us.
