Board-certified, Dr. Hasychak joins Southern New Hampshire Health with 10 years of experience. Dr. Hasychak earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2015 followed by an AOA Accredited Family Medicine Residency at Manchester Memorial Hospital in Connecticut. Dr. Hasychak is also a member of the Society of Hospital Medicine and the American Osteopathic Association.
