Community Medical School Session on Atrial Fibrillation: 

Understanding an Irregular Heart Rhythm

Join us for our upcoming Community Medical School Session on Atrial Fibrillation: Understanding an Irregular Heart Rhythm, presented by Dr. Ajay Sharma, staff cardiologist at Foundation Cardiology. 

Event Details:  

  • Date: Thursday, February 26, 2026  

  • Time: 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  

  • Location: Southern New Hampshire Medical Center  

  • Address: 10 Prospect St., Nashua, NH  

  • Room: Conference Room A/B/C/D (located on the lower level of the building)  

  • Parking: Available in any Southern New Hampshire Health parking lot  

  • A light dinner and coffee will be served.   

Dr. Sharma will share valuable insights on how to recognize the symptoms of Atrial Fibrillation and the steps to take in an emergency. A Q&A session will follow. Don’t miss out.  

This event is open to the public, but registration is required due to limited space.

 

Ajay Sharma, MD graduated 2001 from the Government Medical College Patiala in India. Dr. Sharma completed an internal medicine residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York and a Cardiovascular Medicine fellowship at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center in Massachusetts.  

 Dr. Sharma is board certified in internal medicine, echocardiography, and cardiovascular medicine.
