Back to School: Doctor Discusses Vaccination Schedule and Requirements

As students across the Granite State return to schools and daycares, pediatricians from Southern New Hampshire Health are available to discuss the suggested vaccine schedule, and make sure parents know what vaccines New Hampshire requires for children to attend.

Dr. Karen Morgan, a pediatrician at Southern New Hampshire Health’s Merrimack Pediatrics, recently talked with WMUR-TV about what parents should expect. Dr. Morgan says she has conversations every day with families about the immunizations that NH requires for attending schools, and often about what ingredients are in the shots and the science behind vaccines.
