Southern New Hampshire Medical Center Recognized for Commitment to Excellence in Stroke Care

Southern New Hampshire Medical Center has received the American Heart Association's Get With The Guidelines®-Stroke Silver Achievement Award, recognizing the Medical Center's commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based stroke care. 

The Silver Achievement Award honors hospitals that consistently follow the latest research-based guidelines to improve outcomes for stroke patients. To earn this recognition, hospitals must demonstrate at least 12 consecutive months of 85% or greater compliance with the American Heart Association's achievement measures, reflecting a sustained commitment to delivering timely, evidence-based stroke care. 

Recognizing Excellence in Stroke Care 

Southern New Hampshire Health participates in the American Heart Association's Get With The Guidelines®-Stroke program, a national quality improvement initiative that helps hospitals deliver care aligned with the latest scientific evidence. The program provides participating hospitals with tools to measure performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement best practices that enhance patient care and outcomes.
