Southern NH Health Names Dr. Andrew Watt as Chief Clinical Integration and Transformation Officer
Southern New Hampshire Health announces the return of Dr. Andrew Watt as Chief Clinical Integration and Transformation Officer to the organization.
In this role, Dr. Watt will lead strategic initiatives to further modernize operations across the health system, building on the organization’s strong foundation of continuous improvement to enhance patient care.
Dr. Andrew Watt brings extensive leadership experience, having previously served in key roles including Chief Medical Information Officer, Chief Information Officer, and Senior Product Consultant. His career began in health IT as an electronic medical record (EMR) installer and software developer for Meditech, and he has since become certified in Epic EMR, contributing to several large-scale Epic implementations.
A practicing emergency medicine physician, Dr. Andrew Watt continues to provide clinical care in addition to his leadership responsibilities. He rejoins Southern NH Health after serving as Chief Medical Information Officer and Chief Information Officer at Catholic Medical Center. Additionally, he supports clinical research as a scientific reviewer on the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Southern NH Health and currently serves as the 2025 Board Chair of the Foundation for Healthy Communities.

Dr. Watt earned his medical degree from the Chan School of Medicine in Worcester, Massachusetts, and completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, Maryland, where he also served as Chief Resident. He is board-certified in both emergency medicine and clinical informatics.
