Strawberry Greek Yogurt Bark
Healthy eating does not have to mean giving up the foods you love. Sometimes, it is about finding smarter ways to enjoy them. This Strawberry Greek Yogurt Bark recipe is a perfect example. Wendy Diphillipo, a clinical dietitian at Southern New Hampshire Diabetes and Endocrinology, suggests this simple, no-bake treat brings together creamy Greek yogurt, naturally sweet strawberries, a touch of honey, and rich dark chocolate. It is refreshing, satisfying, and easy to make, making it a great option for a balanced snack or a lighter dessert the whole family can enjoy.

Nutritional Benefits of the Ingredients
This recipe is as nourishing as it is tasty.
- Greek yogurt provides protein and calcium, which help support muscle health and strong bones while also promoting fullness.
- Strawberries add natural sweetness along with fiber, vitamin C, and antioxidants that support heart health and immune function.
- A drizzle of honey offers a touch of natural sweetness, allowing you to use less refined sugar overall.
- Dark chocolate brings rich flavor plus antioxidants, and when enjoyed in moderation, it can be part of a heart-healthy eating pattern.
Together, these ingredients create a balanced treat you can feel good about enjoying.
Ingredients
Recipe yields 32 servings
-
3 cups whole-milk plain Greek yogurt
-
¼ cup pure maple syrup or honey
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-
1 ½ cups sliced strawberries
-
¼ cup mini chocolate chips or granola
Instructions
1. Line Your Pan with Parchment
Parchment paper makes removing the frozen bark from the pan much easier and makes cleanup a breeze. If you don’t have parchment, a silicone baking sheet will also work.
2. Mix and Spread the Yogurt
Stir the yogurt with the sweetener and vanilla in a bowl before spreading it onto the baking sheet to evenly distribute the flavor. Spread the yogurt mixture to the edges of the parchment paper, taking care not to let it flow over onto the pan. Sprinkle the strawberries and chips over the top.
3. Freeze It!
It should take about 3 hours for the bark to firm up in the freezer. Once it’s fully frozen, cut the bark with a sharp knife or break it into pieces. Wrap pieces in parchment and keep in the freezer for an easy grab-and-go snack or dessert.
Tip: Mix it up! Swap in blueberries, dried fruit, nuts, coconut, or granola.
