Dr. Hoang joined Orthopedics at the Bone and Joint Center in 2012 and has been practicing as an orthopedic surgeon for 11 years. After receiving his bachelor of science degree in biochemistry and cell biology from the University of California in San Diego, California, Dr. Hoang went on to obtain his medical degree from the Ohio University, Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio.

Dr. Hoang continued to complete an internship at South Pointe Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. From there, he completed an orthopedic surgery residency at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He then spent an additional year developing expertise through a fellowship in sports medicine at the San Diego Sports Medicine Foundation Fellowship in San Diego, California.

Dr. Hoang has assisted in the care of the San Diego Chargers, Philadelphia 76ers, San Diego Spirits, and the San Diego Riptides. Prior to relocating to Nashua, he served as the head team physician for Hampton University, a Division I athletic program. Dr. Hoang currently serves as the team physician for Amoskeag Rugby, United States Telemark Ski Team, Nashua World Cup Soccer, and ringside physician for USA Boxing.
