About Sara Amory, APRN-NP

Sara Amory, APRN-NP, is a women’s health nurse practitioner providing gynecologic and obstetric care throughout every stage of life. She sees patients for annual exams, routine and urgent gynecologic concerns, and prenatal visits. 

Her clinical interests include birth control and menstrual cycle management, polycystic ovary syndrome, fertility concerns, sexually transmitted infection screening, gynecologic infections, and perimenopause and menopause care. 

Sara chose women’s health because she understands that many patients spend much of their time caring for children, partners, parents, and other loved ones. She wants to make sure they also receive the support needed to protect their own health. 

“I want my patients to know what a privilege it is to care for them,” Sara says. “My goal is to provide care that reflects each person’s unique background, story, and needs.” 

Sara believes in partnering with patients through open conversations, education, and shared decision-making. She provides a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where patients can ask questions and feel heard. She also explains medical conditions and treatment options in clear, easy-to-understand language. 

Building trust is central to her approach. Sara listens with empathy and respects each patient’s values, beliefs, and experiences. Whether celebrating a success or helping someone through a difficult time, she wants patients to know she is in their corner. 

Outside of work, Sara enjoys time with her husband and two teenagers, often at the hockey rink. She also has two chocolate Labs, Millie and Birdie, and loves hearing about her patients’ pets. Her family enjoys traveling, and Sara hopes to learn Italian. She also enjoys reading and visiting extended family throughout New Hampshire.
