To schedule a patient visit, cancel, or reschedule an appointment, please call our office 603-402-2070. This is not a walk-in service.

To refill a prescription, please call our office at 603-402-2070 or log into your MyChart account. If you do not have a MyChart account, please click here to sign up.

Please allow 48 hours to refill medications.

There are no referrals needed to become a patient. 

When the office is closed, a non-urgent message can be left on our office voicemail by calling 603-402-2070 or log into your MyChart account.  If you do not have a MyChart account, please click here to sign up.

For life-threatening medical emergencies call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Department.
