Our dietitians and educators specialize in nutrition counseling to assist in managing, preventing and treating a variety of diagnoses. If you have pre-diabetes, we also offer a class about how to reduce the risk and prevent the condition. Patients of Southern New Hampshire Health may also be referred to the Southern New Hampshire Weight Management, located within our office. Our office is engaged in clinical research studies that further our knowledge of pharmaceutical products that help with Type I and Type II diabetes.
