About Taylor L. Langevin, DO
Dr. Taylor Langevin completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency program at Danbury Hospital in Danbury, Connecticut. She earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in medical biology from the University of New England in Biddeford, Maine.
Dr. Langevin provides a full range of obstetric and gynecologic care and seeks to create “a safe space for patients to advocate for their own care.” She helps foster strength and vitality in her patients as they experience changes throughout their lives.
Making her patients feel comfortable and heard is a priority for Dr. Langevin. She describes the ideal patient-provider relationship as one grounded in trust and respect and affirms, “It is a privilege to be trusted as a provider of anyone’s care, and that’s something I don’t take lightly.”
Dr. Langevin is certified to perform urethral bulking with Bulkamid for isolated female stress urinary incontinence. This less invasive procedure uses a gel to help the urethra close better and hold urine. It takes about 10 minutes under sedation, with a 24-hour recovery from anesthesia. Studies show it is safe and can provide benefits for more than seven years.
Dr. Langevin received the AAGL Recognition of Excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecology in June 2024 and the Society of Laparoscopic and Robotic Surgeons Resident Achievement Award for Outstanding MIS Resident in 2025.
When not working, Dr. Langevin spends time with her family. They hike, go for boat rides, and hang out at home. She also enjoys gardening, crocheting, and reading.
