Did you recieve extraordinary care? Southern New Hampshire Medical Center and Foundation Medical Partners have a number of employee recognition programs - from the Daisy Award for Nursing Staff to the High-Five Award for support staff as well as Employee of the Month progam.
 

Daisy Award

This national award recognizes exceptional care and compassion by a nurse. DAISY is an acronym for Diseases Attacking the Immune System. The DAISY Award was established by the DAISY Foundation in memory of J. Patrick Barnes who died at 33 of ITP, an auto-immune disease.

Clinical Excellence

The nominee demonstrates expertise in nursing practice in their specialty through evidence-based best-practices and a commitment to patient safety.

Attitude
The nominee displays joy in their work which exerts a positive influence on patients, peers, and Providers. The nominee is an active and enthusiastic participant in the care team

Organizational Pride
The nominee is an exemplary role model of our vision and values, and takes pride in their identity as a Nurse and as a member of our organization.

Patient Advocacy
The nominee serves as a voice for patients by advocating for their best interests above all others without regard to inconvenience, lack of resources, or other barriers.
