Peer Support Program

What is the Peer Support Program?
The SNHH Peer Support Program was developed to support our clinical colleagues who experience suffering following adverse clinical events. This program is not meant for individual experiencing acute mental health crisis. Please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room for evaluation.

How does it work? 
Referrals for support can be made in various ways:

• self-referrals
• referrals from co-workers, managers, leadership, Quality, etc.

Will your conversation be confidential? 
YES!  The supporters do not discuss your conversation with anyone else. The only reason to break confidentiality is if there is a concern about your safety.
