Helping you find your healthy
Our weight loss experts provide a variety of medical and surgical services to help patients find their healthiest self.
Every patient’s weight loss journey begins with a thorough evaluation to determine which treatment options are right for them. Patients who qualify for and are interested in weight loss surgery, also known as bariatric surgery, are guided through the process by our dedicated multidisciplinary team of surgeons, advanced practice practitioners, dietitians, and mental health professionals.
Patients interested in medical weight loss also work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and follow an individualized treatment plan. Treatments include nutrition education, physical activity, and/or medications as well as ongoing follow-up visits.
No matter where patients are in their weight loss journey, our team is here to provide expertise and guidance to help them reach their goals.

Monthly Support Group Meeting
Achieving and maintaining weight loss requires that patients make lasting lifestyle changes. These changes include regular physical activity, avoidance of trigger foods, and attention to meal composition. These changes are the most important factors for success following surgery. To help our patients stay on track, we offer monthly support groups where we talk about issues related to weight management and support one another. These meetings allow patients to interact with each other and are mediated by the staff of Southern NH Weight Management.
The Support Group sessions are currently being held in person the second Wednesday of every month from 7:00-8:00 pm.
