If mail arrives after a patient has left, we’ll send it to their home address. We’ll send flowers back to the florist, who will deliver them to the patient’s home.
To protect our patients, staff, and others with latex allergies, we only allow Mylar (non-latex) balloons. You can buy Mylar balloons in our Gift Shop.
Unfortunately, we can’t accept flowers, plants, or balloons in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
