Why Join Our Team?

The Southern New Hampshire Health (SNHH) Physical Therapist Mentorship Program is a structured and supportive initiative designed to help new therapists integrate into the team, develop their professional skills, and advance in their careers. The program begins with a detailed orientation, introducing clinic policies, team members, and key systems like EPIC. During the first three months, participants meet weekly with both a clinical manager and a mentor therapist to discuss performance, case studies, and professional growth. Regular chart reviews and feedback sessions ensure individualized clinical guidance, while a shared patient caseload promotes collaborative learning. The program also includes ongoing check-ins, dedicated documentation time, and opportunities for continuing education such as specialized inservices and Graston Technique training. Participants meet with the rehab orthopedic coordinator to understand workflows and attend leadership and HR lunches to foster communication and organizational integration. With built-in support and development opportunities, the program offers a comprehensive pathway for professional success in physical therapy.
