Six New Providers Join Southern New Hampshire Health

Southern New Hampshire Health announces the arrival of six new providers to our health system. With extensive experience across a range of specialties, including orthopedics, surgery, dermatology, and palliative care, these providers are committed to delivering the comprehensive and compassionate care our patients expect.

Sean Frost, MD

Board-certified Dr. Sean Frost is joining the team at Foundation Orthopedics. Dr. Frost earned his MD in 1999 from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. He completed an orthopedic surgery residency at The University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario and an adult reconstruction – arthroplasty fellowship at The Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, AZ.

Tayleigh Tierney-Honan, PA

Tayleigh Tierney-Honan, PA-C is joining the team at Foundation Surgery. Tayleigh earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2025 from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT and her Bachelor of Science in Health Science in 2022 from Merrimack College in North Andover, MA.
