Clinical trials are a way to bring new treatment possibilities to people who have not responded to regular therapy. All such trials are subject to rigorous standards and supervised by a special review board with federal oversight.
About us
At Southern New Hampshire Health System, we believe clinical research plays an important role in advancing health care and developing better treatments for the future. Our Clinical Research team works closely with patients, health care providers, and study sponsors to bring clinical trial opportunities to our community. Through these studies, participants may have the opportunity to contribute to research evaluating new medicines, treatments, and approaches to care.
Upcoming clinical trials
A once-weekly eloralintide/ placebo study for adults age 45 and older with type 2 diabetes, and established ASCVD and/or CKD.
Concurrent treatment with GLP-1 is allowed.
A higher-dose zenagamtide versus semaglutide study for adults with type 2 diabetes.
Prior to GLP–1–based or amylin therapy within one year is exclusionary.
A lower-dose zenagamtide versus semaglutide study for adults with type 2
Prior GLP-1–based or amylin therapy is excluded only if used within 90 days before screening.

Christopher Beaudet is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in diabetes and endocrine care. He is dedicated to supporting patients and improving outcomes through expert clinical care and clinical trials.
Mindy Grantz, BSN, RN
Mindy is a registered nurse in the Clinical Trials Office at Southern New Hampshire Health. She plays a key role in patient recruitment and delivers exceptional care to clinical trial participants.
