What is a Virtual Immediate Care Visit?

Virtual Immediate Care is a convenient option to receive medical care without having to physically visit one of our Immediate Care locations. This type of care typically includes video conferencing, where the patient can interact with our experienced and trusted providers in real time. Additionally, virtual visits may include the ability to order prescription options and receive health advice. Immediate Care treats non-life-threatening illnesses or injuries that do not require attention from a hospital emergency room.

Please note: These virtual visits are NOT for medical emergencies. If you have a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go directly to the nearest emergency room.
