Southern New Hampshire Health Welcomes Alexandra Poll, PA-C and Cynthia Tranchemontagne PA

Southern NH Health welcomes two new providers to the health system, Alexandra Poll, PA-C to Foundation Cardiology and Cynthia Tranchemontagne, PA to Merrimack Family Practice. Both of these providers bring years of experience and are dedicated to proving the compassionate care our patients expect.

Alexandra Poll, PA-C

Alexandra Poll, PA-C is joining the team at Foundation Cardiology. Alexandra earned her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2017 from Bryant University in Smithfield, RI. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Stony Brook University in Stony Brook, NY.

Cynthia Tranchemontagne, PA

Cynthia Tranchemontagne, PA is joining the team at Merrimack Family Practice with more than 10 years of experience. In 2014, Cynthia earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences University in Manchester, NH.
