Google Immediate Care - Nashua, NH
My wife and I are so grateful for the compassionate and skilled staff at Northwest Boulevard. Our three-year-old was sick on Christmas eve and Christmas day and ended up having an ear infection. Our sweet boy was down for the count. Pam greeted us at the door and just made us feel like "she's got this", her confidence and knowledge guided us through our son's strep, COVID, AND flue swabs. She made him and us feel safe and well taken care of. We then met Mailaja Mohammed and he too was just such an incredible person. Our son was asleep on my wife's shoulder when Mailaja entered the room and immediately he was so kind to our son encouraging him (with humor) and guiding him through the necessary physical evaluation. He even gave our son a popsicle. We cannot say enough about these two individuals. This pandemic has been tough on our son, because testing for school for even the slightest symptom has been necessary and very often, but its professionals like Pam and Mailaja that make these less than wonderful days, so much better. Thank you both for all you did for our son, for us and continue to do for the southern new hampshire area as we all navigate this pandemic. Thank you for working so hard, working holidays, and for being on your game even after what was probably a long day. We are so grateful.
