Obtaining the COVID-19 Vaccine

As of April 2, 2021, all New Hampshire residents over the age of 16 can schedule an appointment to receive the COVID-19 vaccination. For the latest information for patients across the SolutionHealth system, visit solutionhealth.org/covidvaccine.

Thank you for choosing Immediate Care at Southern New Hampshire Health. We are now taking appointments for symptomatic patients for COVID testing with evaluation by one of our providers. These visits are being offered at all of our locations. Please call your preferred location below. Making an appointment ahead of time will allow you and your family to wait more comfortably at home until your estimated timeframe. Our locations are also open for all of your other Immediate Care needs. Please be aware that due to high patient volumes wait times will fluctuate and may change more quickly than the posted updates.

Immediate Care Services

Injuries and illness are unpredictable, which is why we offer Immediate Care. We treat patients of all ages for non-life-threatening condition, including:

  • Cold/flu
  • Allergic reactions
  • Sore throats
  • Ear pain
  • Respiratory illnesses
  • Urinary tract infections
  • Sprains, strains and other sports injuries
  • Minor cuts and burns
  • Minor eye problems
  • Minor injuries

Immediate Care also offers a variety of on-site services, including diagnostic testing, X-rays, COVID-19 testing, and prescriptions, so you can start feeling better faster.

Our team’s highest priority is providing you and your family with convenient, quality, trusted care in the safest possible environment. Special care is taken to prevent the spread of infection through:

  • screening for potentially infectious patients
  • social distancing
  • rigorous cleaning and hand-washing
  • requiring everyone to wear masks

After your visit, our providers will communicate with your primary care provider, and our affiliation with Southern New Hampshire Health and SolutionHealth allows us to easily refer you to a large network of specialists if necessary.
