Pay a Bill - SolutionHealth MyChart

Southern New Hampshire Health has transitioned from offering the eCare patient portals to SolutionHealth MyChart. This transition is part of a substantial upgrade to our medical records system to Epic.

As a Southern New Hampshire Health patient, you will now be able to pay your bills through SolutionHealth MyChart. Visit our Patient Portal page for more information on how to create a new SolutionHealth MyChart account. To pay a bill you received for services prior to December 5, 2020, please click here to visit our old Bill Pay page. 

What is MyChart?
MyChart offers patients personalized and secure on-line access to portions of their medical records. It enables you to securely use the Internet to help manage and receive information about your health.  You can also pay your Southern New Hampshire Medical Center and Foundation Medical Partners statements conveniently from within MyChart.

For any services on, or after, December 5, 2020, you will be able to use MyChart to pay for those statements.  Simply look at the “Your Payment Options” section of your statement for the link to enroll in MyChart or use the pay as guest feature.


It is important to note:

Statements for services prior to December 5, 2020 will look exactly like the statements you receive for services after December 5, 2020.  In order to ensure your payment is applied to the correct statement, again refer to the Your Payment Options section of your statement.  Visit this URL to make a payment to your statement for services prior to December 5, 2020: Bill Pay. Statements for services after December 5, 2020 will contain the URL circled above and statements for services prior to that date will contain the URL circled below which will lead you to our current on-line bill pay system.
