Provider Access Updates - Effective March 1, 2021:
Surgical & Medical Specialties:
Foundation Medical Partners’ outpatient practices are open for business and in addition to in-person visits are offering alternative ways such as telehealth visits to care for you during this time.
All Obstetrics and Gynecology Locations:
We are committed in continuing to give all of our patients the best care possible. We are still here for all of your needs during our normal business hours Monday-Friday. Given current changes in our operations due to the COVID-19 pandemic have made changes in the way we are giving care:
- We are screening all patients as they arrive within the building and all patient areas are being disinfected several times throughout the day.
- We are using technology as a bridge to connect with all of our patients via Telehealth or Telemedicine with your team of providers.
- Appointments for urgent gynecological needs are still available with your current provider team.
- Obstetric visits have been transitioned to an in office and a Telehealth/Telemedicine combination care plan.
- We are still offering all of the same genetic testing and ultrasounds based on patients’ needs.
- We are practicing and maintain social distancing for our patients, which include reducing the number of patients being seen in the office at a time. To keep all of our patients and our care team safe we are limiting the number of people in the office at a time. To ensure the safety of our patients and their families we ask that patient attend appointments alone (with the exception of labor and delivery patients).
- Labor and Delivery: patients are currently allowed to have (1) support person accompany them throughout their stay. That support person must remain on the unit/in the patient's room at all times throughout the patient's stay.
