Cancer Care

Cancer care at Southern New Hampshire Health is personal, specialized, and close to home. Our patients receive high-quality treatment from a compassionate team focused on coordinated, individualized care every step of the way.

In partnership with Mass General Brigham, patients also benefit from additional world-class expertise, leading-edge treatments, and the latest advances in cancer care. Most, if not all, treatment takes place in southern New Hampshire, close to family, friends, and support systems. When specialized care at Mass General Brigham is needed, care is coordinated seamlessly, with follow-up treatment continuing locally whenever possible.

Peace of Mind is Our Treatment Plan

Medical oncologists at Foundation Hematology/Oncology lead a coordinated team of cancer specialists that may include radiation oncologists, surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, nurses, rehabilitation therapists, nutrition and genetic counselors, social workers, and others focused on your care. We offer second opinions through our clinical partner, Mass General Brigham.

Our cancer program is accredited by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer. The Southern New Hampshire Health Cancer Committee brings together specialists from a wide range of medical and surgical disciplines to review and discuss each patient’s treatment individually. By combining diverse expertise and perspectives, the committee helps ensure every patient receives the most personalized, comprehensive care possible.
